¿Cuál será tu Rol?

Siendo Responsable de Calidad, serás la persona encargada de garantizar la calidad de nuestros procesos y productos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares y normativas aplicables.

Tendrás un papel clave en la detección de oportunidades de mejora, la resolución de incidencias y la implementación de acciones que impulsen la eficiencia y la excelencia operativa, colaborando estrechamente con diferentes áreas de la organización.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

Gestionar, mantener y mejorar de forma continua el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares ISO 9001 e ISO 14001.
Velar por la correcta implementación y seguimiento de los procesos de calidad en todas las fases de fabricación.
Participar y dar soporte en auditorías internas, externas y de certificación, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos.
Analizar, monitorizar y reportar indicadores clave de calidad, identificando tendencias y oportunidades de mejora.
Realizar inspecciones y controles de calidad de materias primas, producto en proceso y producto final.
Gestionar incidencias y devoluciones a proveedores, realizando el seguimiento necesario hasta su resolución.
Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de producción, ingeniería y supply chain para garantizar la calidad de los procesos y productos.
Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua mediante herramientas de calidad y metodologías de resolución de problemas.
Promover una cultura de calidad, seguridad y sostenibilidad dentro de la organización

¿Qué perfil necesitamos?

Titulación en Ingeniería, Máster en Calidad o formación equivalente.

Experiencia previa en entornos industriales o de manufactura, con conocimiento de procesos productivos y métodos de inspección.

Conocimiento sólido de normativas y herramientas de calidad como ISO 9001, ISO 14001, PFMEA, Control Plan y metodología Global 8D.

Nivel alto de inglés, tanto oral como escrito.

Capacidad para analizar datos, identificar problemas y proponer soluciones eficaces.

Perfil proactivo, autónomo y orientado a la mejora continua.

Capacidad para trabajar en equipo e interactuar con diferentes áreas de la compañía.
