Deine Aufgaben

    Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört vor allem die Identifikation und Ansprache von Kandidaten über soziale Netzwerke, Jobbörsen und Datenbanken. Du baust einen Talentpool auf und pflegst diesen, um aktuelle und zukünftige Stellen bestmöglich zu besetzen. Die Priorisierung deiner Aufgaben fällt dir leicht und auch bei einem hohen Arbeitsaufwand verlierst du nie den Überblick. Durch deine aufgeschlossene Art baust du kontinuierlich gute Beziehungen zu Deinen Kolleg*innen, Kandidat*innen und externen Partnern auf

    • Entwicklung neuer Suchstrategien für potenzielle Kandidaten

    • Aufbau und Pflege eines Talentpools für aktuelle und zukünftige Stellen

    • Durchführung von Recherchen und Marktanalysen zur Identifikation von Trends und möglichen Talentnetzwerken mit State-of-the-Art Tools, wie z.B. LinkedIn Talent Insights oder Draup

    • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business Facing Talent Acquisition Partner und Hiring Managern zur Klärung der spezifischen Anforderungen der Stelle

    • Teilnahme an Recruiting-Veranstaltungen und Jobmessen zur Präsentation des Unternehmens und Talentsuche

    • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Optimierung von Stellenanzeigen und Jobprofilen

    • Pflege der Bewerberdatenbank und Dokumentation des Rekrutierungsprozesses

    • Aktive Mitarbeit an der Verbesserung und Optimierung von bestehenden Recruitment Tools

    Dein Profil

    • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium

    • Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Inhouse- Talent Acquisition oder Recruiting, idealerweise in einer Candidate-Facing Rolle

    • Unkonventionelle, aber professionelle Arbeitsweise

    • Proaktive, kreative und ergebnisorientierte Denkweise

    • Teamplayer mit hoher Eigenmotivation und positivem Mindset

    • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von Social Media und Recruiting-Tools (z.B. LinkedIn, Xing)

    • Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und gute Englischkenntnisse
