    2.Lead quality strategy project, for example, Puna plant quality improvement project, drive project accountability and ownership.
    3.Lead some e-e quality Kanzai event and EDTR workshop.
    4.Lead daily quality management, and improvement activities (PST Tracking).
    5.Data-driven, lean, and continuous improvement mindset, effectively utilizing digital and AI technologies to drive customer satisfaction enhancement.
    6.Facilitate effective communication and cooperation with the relevant departments; coordinate, drive, and track product quality improvement activities.
    7.Effectively apply quality management tools and methodologies to promote new product R&D, supplier quality, and production process stability.
    8.Complete other tasks assigned by APAC Quality Director and Ops leader.

    What we want:
    1.Minimum 10 years' experience in a quality management position.
    2.Bachelor’s degree or above in Science or Engineering.
    3.Strong English communication skills.
    4.    
    •Comprehensive knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949), including system implementation, maintenance, and auditing.
    •Proficient in using quality analysis tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and PDCA cycles.
    •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve quality-related issues efficiently.
    •Experience in supplier quality management, including supplier assessment, development, and improvement.
