    • Ensure compliance with HSE norms, site permits, method statements, and risk assessments.

    Documentation & Handover

    • Prepare and maintain I&C checklists, method statements, test reports, calibration records, and as-built drawings.
    • Develop O&M manuals, training materials, asset lists, and spare parts recommendations.
    • Support billing documentation: measurement sheets, work completion notes, and client sign-offs.
    • Provide post-commissioning support during DLP/warranty and stabilize system performance.

    Must-Have Skills & Experience

    • Practical experience with CCTV (IP/analog), NVR/VMS, ACS (controllers, readers, locks), and BMS/SCADA integrations.
    • Working knowledge of field instruments (sensors, actuators, VFDs), control panels, and low-voltage cabling (CAT6/FO, RS485, BACnet/Modbus).
    • Proficiency in testing tools (multimeter, manometer, flow meter, clamp meter) and basic networking for IBMS devices.
    • Ability to read technical drawings and control logic, and use common tools (AutoCAD for markups preferred).
    • Strong site coordination, vendor management, and client handling.

    Good-to-Have (Preferred)

    • Basic programming/parameterization of BMS/DDC controllers and VFDs.
    • Experience with OEM platforms (e.g., Honeywell, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Schneider, Delta, Niagara).
    • Knowledge of fire alarm systems (addressable panels, detector loops).
    • Exposure to green building/energy efficiency practices and commissioning protocols.
