    GENERAL PURPOSE
    当該ポジションは、150~200MUSDの日本における購買支出額について、統括部内のメンバーやAPACのソーシングチームと連携しながら購買関連業務をリードします。具体的には調達プロセスとガバナンス、オペレーション効率と改善、コスト削減、キャッシュ改善、資本管理、サプライベース最適化、サプライヤー管理、品質・納期サポート、取引先のサービスレベル向上など、日本における購買目標を多角的に達成することで、ビジネスリーダーやステークホルダーの期待に応えビジネスの成長に貢献する役割を担います。

    JOB REQUIREMENTS
        購買部門のマネージャーとして、部門メンバーをサポートする。
        購買部門のメンバーや関連部門と協業しながらビジネスに合致した購買戦略を策定し、策定した戦略に沿ったアクションプランを遂行することにより部門価値を創出する。
        SCM部などと協業しながらサプライチェーンの最適化を進める。
        購買部門として、生産性とキャッシュフロー改善を進めることで会社のP&Lへ貢献する。
        購買部門の代表として大型プロジェクトへ参加し、各案件の取引先管理と利益率改善に貢献する。
        取引先の契約と供給条件について必要な交渉を行う。
        APACのマテリアルチームと協業し、日本のビジネスが求めるサービスレベルの向上に努める。
        購買活動に関わるガバナンスやコンプライアンスを牽引し、会社の方針や日本の法規制を遵守する。
        取引先との関係性維持とパフォーマンス管理を含むサプライヤー・マネジメントを行い、担当取引先とのビジネスレビューを計画的に実施する。
        購買ニーズを明確化したうえで実績把握を行い、継続的に改善活動を進める内容を特定し実行に移す。
        サプライベースに関する市場情報などを分析し、ビジネス成長をサポートするための新規サプライヤーを発掘する。
        変化を促進し、積極的に変革をリードし、日本における調達トランスフォーメーションを推進する。

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
        学士号以上か同程度の学力、もしくは十分な職務経験、MBAがあれば尚可。
        5-10年程度の購買経験、もしくはBEMS・電気産業・建設業界での職務経験。
        多国籍企業、ゼネコン、サブコンとの実務経験があれば尚可
        プロジェクトマネジメントや購買カテゴリーマネジメント、エンジニアリングソーシングなどの経験があれば尚可。
        コスト削減手法や調達関連ツールに精通していれば尚可。
        購買に関連する法律や財務の知識、契約関連の実務知識があれば尚可。

            日本語はネイティブレベル、英語はビジネスレベルが必要

        戦略的かつ論理的な思考
            急速に変化する環境に適応できる素早い学習と適応力
