What you will do
A. Key Responsibilities
Participate in supplier sourcing, selection, and evaluation activities. Support supplier performance evaluation processes and follow up on the implementation of improvement actions. Conduct commercial negotiations and confirm commercial terms, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Assist operations teams in resolving supplier-related delivery and quality issues within the assigned supplier scope. Analyze material and product cost structures; identify cost improvement opportunities and organize or drive cost reduction initiatives for assigned materials. Support new product development (NPD) activities. Ensure effective implementation and compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Complete ad-hoc assignments as instructed by the department manager or supervisor.

Education:
Professional Competencies:
Knowledge of the HVAC industry, including understanding of commodity markets and HVAC suppliers (local, regional, and global). Strong cost and price analysis capability, including the ability to build material cost models. CPSM or PMP certification is preferred.
3. Language / Computer / System / Tool Requirements
Proficient in procurement management tools, processes, and procurement workflows. Familiar with commercial and financial knowledge related to contract law, procurement terms and conditions. Knowledge of engineering change processes and product development processes. Familiar with ISO and EHS requirements. Fluent in spoken and written English. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
