岗位概述 Job Brief:

    该岗位负责确保所有客户订单符合江森自控(JCI)全球贸易合规(GTC)政策的要求,尤其是禁运和制裁相关规定。该职位需与集团销售、客户、物流以及贸易合规等团队密切合作,以管理合规风险,执行受限方筛查,并支持所有客户订单获得顺利、合规的履行。

    工作范围 Job scope:

    • 负责在工厂客户服务团队接收到客户订单后,根据JCI全球贸易合规禁运与制裁政策,审核确认客户订单是否符合公司贸易合规的要求, 检查和订单相关的贸易方Restricted party Screening的结果。

    • 加强对高风险国家或区域的订单管理,与Trade Compliance 团队及时沟通,了解最新的政策,确保订单输入时及出货时贸易合规。

    • 审核确认该订单是否符合贸易合规性要求及公司业务标准,与客户就有关订单的合规性做沟通澄清确认;与Trade Compliance 团队紧密合作,对有风险的贸易方作出快速判断,确保业务的正常进行。

    • 跟踪销售订单的最终交付,执行并完成公司要求的合规性审核工作,包括:对和订单相关的贸易方、货代及报关行进行 Restricted party Screening,对报关行进行合规性审批。

    • 对所有Restricted party Screening的结果进行存档管理,配合及支持来自于Trade Compliance 团队的审计。

    • 负责完成与上述工作有关的业务报告,包括但不限于提交有关信息到公司指定网站、准备和提交月度报表等。

    • 公司指定的其他工作,包括但不限于:

    有关业务流程梳理和完善;

    配合团队对业务部门宣贯最新的合规性政策;

    公司指定的其他工作。

    任职资格 Qualifications:

    国家正式大专或以上院校教育背景,工商管理或外贸管理等专业优先,具备合理的出口贸易知识及物流知识水平,熟练掌握一般公司的销售订单处理流程和出口交付流程,熟练掌握相关国家的贸易合规管理等政策规则等业务的候选人优先。

    具有较强学习能力,可以很快掌握公司业务流程。

    有较高的中、英语沟通能力。

    熟练使用SAP及Microsoft Office 等ERP系统和办公软件,掌握Power BI等软件工具知识的候选人优先。

    良好的个人修养,工作态度积极并以结果为导向。 良好的人际关系处理能力和沟通能力。
