¿Cuál será tu Rol?

¿Te apasiona la tecnología y el trato con clientes? Únete a nuestro equipo como Operador/a de soporte técnico en el área de Atención al Cliente. Serás el primer punto de contacto para resolver incidencias técnicas de sistemas de seguridad electrónica, ofreciendo soluciones rápidas y efectivas que garanticen la tranquilidad de nuestros clientes. Tu misión será combinar conocimientos técnicos con habilidades comunicativas para brindar una experiencia excepcional.

Horario: 11:00 a 20:00 (de Lunes a Viernes)

Contrato de sustitución con posibilidad de posteriormente indefinido.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

Diagnóstico remoto: Resolver incidencias técnicas de primer nivel en sistemas de intrusión mediante gestión telefónica y herramientas digitales.
Atención personalizada: Ofrecer soporte experto y asesoramiento sobre productos, servicios y mantenimiento.
Gestión integral: Coordinar visitas técnicas cuando la incidencia no pueda resolverse en remoto.
Administración eficiente: Realizar solicitudes, trámites y tareas administrativas derivadas del servicio.
Experiencia cliente: Garantizar una atención cercana, profesional y orientada a la satisfacción del cliente.

¿Qué perfil necesitamos?

Formación: CFGS en Administración o formación técnica relacionada (electrónica, telecomunicaciones, informática).
Experiencia: Atención al cliente y resolución de incidencias técnicas (valorable en seguridad electrónica).
Competencias:
- Excelentes habilidades comunicativas y orientación al cliente.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y adaptarse a entornos dinámicos.
- Manejo avanzado de herramientas ofimáticas (Office).
Idiomas: Nivel alto de español; inglés valorable.
