Werkvoorbereider / Installation Planner – BMS | Gorinchem

Voor ons BMS-projectenteam in Gorinchem zijn wij op zoek naar een gestructureerde en proactieve Werkvoorbereider / Installation Planner die zorgt dat onze installaties soepel, veilig en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Werkvoorbereider / Installation Planner speel je een centrale rol binnen onze BMS-projecten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat materialen, mensen, documentatie en planning perfect op elkaar zijn afgestemd. Door jouw voorbereiding kunnen onze monteurs, engineers en projectmanagers efficiënt werken en worden projecten succesvol gerealiseerd.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en coördineren van installatieactiviteiten, het bewaken van de voortgang en het ondersteunen van de projectorganisatie van start tot oplevering.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Planning & Coördinatie

Opstellen, beheren en optimaliseren van installatieplanningen voor BMS-projecten.
Inplannen van monteurs, onderaannemers en benodigde resources in samenwerking met projectmanagers.
Bewaken van de voortgang van werkzaamheden en tijdig signaleren van afwijkingen of risico's.
Afstemmen van werkzaamheden met klanten, leveranciers en interne stakeholders.

Materiaal- en Logistiek Management

Bestellen en afroepen van materialen binnen budget en projectplanning.
Coördineren van leveringen naar projectlocaties en onderaannemers.
Verwerken en registreren van materiaalstromen in het ERP-systeem.
Afhandelen van retouren, defecten en nacalculaties.

Projectondersteuning

Opstellen en beheren van projectdocumentatie, waaronder werkpakketten, VGM-plannen, TRA's, PVA's en opleverdocumenten.
Ondersteunen van projectmanagers bij voortgangsrapportages en projectadministratie.
Bijhouden en verwerken van meer- en minderwerk.
Zorgdragen voor een complete en correcte administratie binnen het projectdossier.

Voortgang & Kwaliteit

Uitvoeren van projectbezoeken om voortgang, veiligheid en kwaliteit te monitoren.
Ondersteunen bij werkplekinspecties en veiligheidscontroles.
Bewaken van de voortgang van engineering- en installatieactiviteiten.
Actief bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen binnen de projectorganisatie.

Wanneer ben je succesvol?

Na enkele maanden heb je:

Volledig inzicht in lopende BMS-projecten en installatieplanningen.
Een betrouwbare planning opgezet die aansluit op projectdoelstellingen en beschikbare capaciteit.
Sterke relaties opgebouwd met monteurs, projectmanagers, klanten en leveranciers.
Bijgedragen aan een efficiënte uitvoering van projecten met minimale vertragingen.

Je houdt ervan om overzicht te creëren in complexe projecten en krijgt energie van plannen, organiseren en coördineren. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende stakeholders en weet prioriteiten te stellen zonder het einddoel uit het oog te verliezen.

Wat breng je mee?

Opleiding & Ervaring

Minimaal een afgeronde MBO-4 opleiding in een technische richting.
Ervaring als werkvoorbereider, planner, projectcoördinator of vergelijkbare functie binnen de gebouwgebonden techniek.
Ervaring met installatietechniek, regeltechniek, BMS, HVAC of gebouwbeheersystemen is een sterke pré.
Ervaring met ERP-systemen en Microsoft Office.
Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en voldoende kennis van het Engels.
