Como Inside Sales & Renewals Specialist , tu principal responsabilidad será la renovación de contratos y la venta adicional (upselling). Serás responsable de mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes existentes, asegurando la continuidad del servicio y ofreciendo soluciones que aporten valor adicional.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

Gestionar una cartera de contratos próximos a renovación, asegurando la continuidad del servicio.
Contactar a clientes para identificar nuevas necesidades y proponer mejoras o actualizaciones.
Elaborar presupuestos y ofertas utilizando herramientas de precios locales.
Detectar oportunidades de upselling y venta cruzada (cross-selling) para incrementar el valor del contrato.
Colaborar con el equipo de operaciones y ventas para garantizar una ejecución fluida.
Brindar un excelente servicio al cliente, gestionando expectativas y proporcionando actualizaciones regulares.
Realizar seguimiento proactivo para cerrar renovaciones dentro de los plazos establecidos.
Apoyar en tareas administrativas puntuales relacionadas con la gestión de contratos.

¿Qué perfil necesitamos?

Formación Superior/Experiencia similar a las funciones descritas en compañías del sector
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en ventas, estimación, ventas internas o similar
Experiencia en ventas B2B
Nivel de inglés avanzado será valorado positivamente
Capacidad para trabajar con objetivos y cumplir KPIs establecidos
