Ce que vous ferez

Sous la direction générale du/de la responsable des installations/opérations et/ou du/de la responsable de l’ingénierie, vous serez responsable de la conception, de la configuration et de la livraison des systèmes de contrôle des bâtiments, incluant les systèmes d’incendie, de CVCA (chauffage, ventilation et climatisation) et autres systèmes à basse tension, conformément aux exigences des projets.

Vous contribuerez au succès des projets en faisant le lien entre la conception d’ingénierie, la programmation des systèmes et l’installation sur le terrain. Cela inclut le développement de conceptions matérielles et logicielles, la coordination avec les équipes projet et la garantie du bon fonctionnement des systèmes selon les attentes des clients et les exigences contractuelles.

Vous travaillerez étroitement avec les équipes des ventes, des opérations, de la gestion de projets et du terrain afin de soutenir le développement des projets, fournir une expertise technique (y compris l’ingénierie de la valeur et l’optimisation des systèmes) et assurer une livraison précise, efficace et dans les délais des conceptions.

Vous pourriez également encadrer des concepteurs juniors ou du personnel de soutien technique et contribuer à l’amélioration continue des normes et des processus d’ingénierie.

Comment vous le ferez

Concevoir et configurer des systèmes de contrôle des bâtiments, incluant les schémas de flux, séquences d’opérations, nomenclatures (BOM), architectures réseau et schémas électriques.
Développer, tester et mettre en œuvre les programmes logiciels nécessaires au fonctionnement des systèmes de contrôle, conformément aux exigences des projets.
Sélectionner les conceptions matérielles en utilisant des normes et bibliothèques établies et assurer une intégration adéquate des systèmes.
Coordonner la préparation des plans, listes d’équipements et documents de soumission.
Sélectionner, commander et suivre les matériaux afin d’assurer leur livraison dans les délais du projet.
Soutenir la mise en service des systèmes, incluant le chargement des contrôleurs, la validation des fonctionnalités et la résolution des problèmes.
Intégrer les modifications terrain aux plans et documents “tel que construit”.
Assister à la formation spécifique des clients et utilisateurs finaux sur l’utilisation des systèmes.
Participer aux réunions de projet et fournir des mises à jour sur l’avancement et les problématiques techniques.
Effectuer des analyses d’ingénierie de la valeur afin d’optimiser les solutions rentables.
S’assurer que les conceptions respectent les normes de qualité, de sécurité et de conformité.

Ce que nous recherchons

Baccalauréat en ingénierie ou diplôme en technologie d’ingenieur, systèmes du bâtiment ou discipline connexe, ou expérience équivalente.
Expérience avec les systèmes d’automatisation du bâtiment, les contrôles CVCA, les systèmes incendie ou autres systèmes à basse tension.
Connaissance de la théorie du contrôle, des régulations automatiques de température et des protocoles d’intégration de systèmes tels que BACnet ou LON.
Expérience avec les outils de conception de systèmes, logiciels de dessin technique et documentation technique.
Bonne compréhension des systèmes électriques, mécaniques et de contrôle.
Capacité à dépanner, mettre en service et valider des systèmes complexes.
Excellentes compétences en communication avec capacité d’expliquer des informations techniques.
Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec des équipes interfonctionnel.
Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
Maîtrise de la suite MS Office et des logiciels d’ingénierie/conception pertinents.
