    Le poste a pour principal objectif de stimuler les ventes d'équipements, d’installations et des services de Johnson Controls sur le marché de la réfrigération en Romandie et dans toute la Suisse, en ciblant des clients issus de secteurs variés tels que la chimie, la pétrochimie, les processus industriels, l’agro-alimentaire, les patinoires, et d'autres applications spécifiques.

    Comment vous le ferez

    • Vous renforcerez les ventes nationales en collaborant avec les agences locales et les bureaux d’études, en établissant des relations proactives avec vos prospects.
    • En coordination avec le service projets, vous élaborerez des offres en vous assurant de la pertinence technique, des tarifs compétitifs et du respect des délais, en impliquant le bureau d’études et le service Achats si nécessaire.
    • Votre priorité étant la satisfaction du client, vous prendrez des commandes avec des marges/risques optimaux.
    • En bon gestionnaire, vous veillerez à l’exécution technique et financière de vos contrats, en support aux chargés d’affaires, et validerez les termes des contrats en collaboration avec la direction commerciale et les services financiers et juridiques.
    • Vous communiquerez aux équipes d’exécution les exigences spécifiques de vos clients en matière de qualité, sécurité et environnement, et veillerez à l'application des politiques et procédures QSSE du groupe.

    Ce que nous recherchons

    • Diplômé(e) d’une formation supérieure en génie climatique ou thermique, vous possédez une solide expérience dans la vente d’installations de réfrigération industrielle et de récupération d’énergie.
    • Autonome et responsable, vous organisez vos déplacements et visites sur l'ensemble de la Romandie.
    • Force de proposition, vous contribuez à améliorer le fonctionnement et les performances des installations de vos clients tout en garantissant leur conformité réglementaire.
    • Dynamique, communicatif(ve) et ayant un fort esprit commercial, ce sont là vos principales qualités.
    • Ambassadeur de l’entreprise, vous représentez Johnson Controls et ses valeurs auprès de nos clients et partenaires.
    • Vous parlez couramment français et avez une bonne maîtrise de l'allemand et de l'anglais (niveau intermédiaire).
