    What you will do:

    Under general supervision of COSC Manager, facilitates operational excellence of the service business, warranty processes to ensure customer satisfaction and financial objectives are met within the assigned area.  This includes implementation and adherence to business processes, BOS and service applications. Drives proficiency and performance of local market support staff.

     

    How you will do it:

    • Holds Daily Connects with their team

    • Review Open Warranty SRs utilizing the Warranty Dashboard

    • Share Best Practices

    • Rewards and Recognitions

    • Provides Training

    • Holds the WSCs accountable

    • Key focus on: SRs missing claims, claims awaiting response, aged SRs with exposure, top 100 claims (BSNA)

    • Provide support to the WSCs, when the branch is not responsive

     

    What we look for:

    Required:

    • Minimum of 6 years’ service industry experience managing service operations.

    • Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills.

    • Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients.

    • Must have the ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects, tasks and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence.

    • Able to prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goals. Demonstrated competence in written and verbal communication skills.

    • Experience and/or basic project accounting or costing principals.

    • Able to positively represent Johnson Controls and communicate with others at varying levels.

    • Able to influence diverse teams to accomplish tasks/goals.

    HIRING SALARY RANGE: $85,000- 117,000(Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role. However, we recognize that exceptional candidates may bring unique skills and experiences that exceed the typical profile.
