    We are now seeking an accomplished commercial leader to drive our HVAC business across Türkiye and the Caspian region.

    What You Will Do

    As the HVAC Sales Director, you will lead the full commercial agenda for the region, accelerating growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for defining and executing the regional sales strategy, overseeing end‑to‑end HVAC sales operations, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

    Your leadership will directly influence revenue growth, market share, and long‑term business success.

    How You Will Lead

    • Drive the HVAC sales strategy for Türkiye and the Caspian region, ensuring alignment with global and regional business objectives.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing sales organization, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
    • Oversee sales, service, and installation activities to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients, partners, and strategic accounts.
    • Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regional regulatory requirements.
    • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for the HVAC business.

    What We Look For

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC leadership, sales management, or a comparable commercial role.
    • Proven success in driving sales growth with industrial clients.
    • Strong understanding of HVAC technologies, market dynamics, and customer needs in Türkiye and the Caspian region.
    • Excellent command of English; additional regional languages are a plus.
    • Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing and developing teams.
    • A track record of achieving business targets and delivering sustainable growth.
