HVAC Prescription Manager

As our new HVAC Prescription Manager, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving strategic engagement with consultants and key stakeholders to ensure our solutions are selected in high-impact projects across Spain.

    What You Will Do

    You will lead the strategy for our HVAC portfolio in the region asigned acting as a trusted advisor to engineering consultants, architects, and developers. Your mission will be to position Johnson Controls as the preferred partner in early project phases, ensuring our technologies are embedded from concept to execution.

    You will:

    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with consultants, specifiers, and influencers in the HVAC ecosystem.
    • Promote Johnson Controls’ HVAC solutions through technical presentations, workshops, and strategic dialogues.
    • Lead the sales engineering process by identifying opportunities early in the project lifecycle.
    • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align efforts with business goals.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to continuously refine our HVAC strategy.
    • Represent Johnson Controls at industry events, forums, and technical committees.

    What We Look For

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related technical field.
    •  Mechanical Background will be a Plus
    • 5+ years of experience in HVAC prescription, consulting, or technical sales.
    • Deep understanding of HVAC systems, building technologies, and specification processes.
    • Strong influencing skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
    • Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and sustainability.
    • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
