We are looking for an experienced and strategic finance professional to join our international team as FP&A Manager.     What you will do

    • Collaboration and strong partnership with Regional Senior leadership to prioritize and align all finance related activities & initiatives;

    • Review and analyses current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, capital expenditures and balance sheet incl. statistical accounts;

    • Provide leadership and direction in the tracking and monitoring of the committed results

    • Facilitate the review of key initiatives with senior leadership

    • Lead all FP&A activities across region (flash, outlook, planning process etc)

    • Promote effective communication & cooperation between BBC, IBC and business through knowledge sharing, processes and issues resolution,

    • Support and coach FP&A personal in IBC

    • Manage key stakeholders and incorporate feedback for continual improvement

    • Pay an active role in internal projects

    • Support ad-hoc assignments for the region in scope

    What we look for

    • Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA/CPA/CMA is a plus

    • 8+ years of experience in the role of Financial Planning & Analysis or equivalent experience in Accounting/Finance

    • Strong customer and business orientation and desire to develop business acumen

    • Knowledge of HFM/One Stream is a plus

    • Advanced Power BI, Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills,

    • High standards of accuracy and precision, highly organized,

    • Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated

    • Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment

    • Fluent in English (Written and Spoken).

    The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 3300 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
