Ce que vous ferez :

    En tant que membre clé de notre équipe, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes commerciales externes, notre Service technique et notre Service client pour offrir des solutions innovantes en protection incendie.

    Votre rôle sera de promouvoir nos produits et stimuler le cross-selling, tout en garantissant un suivi efficace des opportunités commerciales.

    Vos missions seront les suivantes :

    • Coordination de l'activité : affectation des projets, centralisation des données, suivi des rapports d'activités,
    • Qualification des projets : Comprenez les besoins des clients pour proposer des solutions adaptées.
    • Gestion des devis : Créez et gérez des devis dans SAP pour répondre aux demandes clients.
    • Suivi des opportunités : Utilisez Salesforce pour suivre et développer les opportunités commerciales.
    • Interaction avec les équipes : Collaborez avec divers départements (ventes, achats, finance, etc.) pour assurer une coordination fluide.
    • Stimulation des ventes : Utilisez votre proactivité pour impulser le processus de vente jusqu'à la prise de commande.

    Ce que nous recherchons :

    • Formation en hydraulique ou mécanique des fluides pour une compréhension approfondie des systèmes de protection incendie.
    • Expérience dans le domaine de la protection incendie pour identifier et répondre aux besoins spécifiques des clients.
    • Expérience commerciale sédentaire ou en avant-vente pour développer des stratégies de vente efficaces.
    • Expérience en supervision / coordination d'équipe requise
    • Maîtrise des systèmes ERP/SAP et CRM/Salesforce pour gérer efficacement les données et suivre les opportunités commerciales.
    • Connaissance des contraintes liées à l'export pour naviguer dans un environnement international.
    • Anglais courant pour communiquer avec nos partenaires mondiaux.
    • Connaissance d'AutoCAD si possible
    • Proactivité, organisation et esprit d'équipe pour réussir dans un environnement collaboratif.

    Le poste à pourvoir est en CDI et est situé à Colombes (92). 

    Nous vous proposons des tickets restaurant ainsi que 18 jours de RTT, et jusqu’à 2 jours de télétravail par semaine, en accord avec votre manager.
