Ce que vous ferez : 

    En tant qu’Inside Sales, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement de l’activité de protection incendie. Véritable partenaire de nos clients, vous les accompagnerez tout au long de leur parcours d'achat, depuis l'identification de leurs besoins jusqu'à la concrétisation de leur commande.  

    En collaboration étroite avec les équipes internes, vous contribuerez activement au développement des opportunités commerciales et à la satisfaction des clients grâce à un suivi rigoureux et réactif. 

     

    Comment vous le ferez : 

    • Conseiller et accompagner les clients dans le choix des solutions de protection incendie les plus adaptées à leurs besoins, en vous appuyant sur votre expertise technique des produits et systèmes. 

    • Élaborer les devis et assurer le suivi des opportunités commerciales à l'aide des outils ERP (SAP) et CRM (Salesforce). 

    • Piloter le processus commercial de bout en bout, depuis la réception de la demande client jusqu'à la transformation de l'opportunité en commande. 

    • Relancer et accompagner les clients dans leur prise de décision afin de maximiser le taux de conversion des devis en commandes. 

    • Travailler en interface avec le service client, chargé de la saisie des commandes et du suivi des livraisons, afin d'assurer une gestion fluide et efficace des dossiers. 

    • Échanger régulièrement en anglais avec les équipes internes internationales pour assurer une coordination optimale et contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs commerciaux. 

     

    Ce que nous recherchons : 

     

    Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation technique ou commerciale et possédez idéalement une connaissance des systèmes de protection ou de suppression incendie.  

    Vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie en tant que commercial sédentaire, Inside Sales ou commerciale B2B, de préférence dans un environnement industriel ou technique. 

     

    Vous maîtrisez la gestion des devis, le suivi des opportunités commerciales ainsi que l'utilisation d'outils ERP et CRM.  

    Votre capacité à comprendre des enjeux techniques, à travailler en autonomie et à collaborer avec différents interlocuteurs sera essentielle pour réussir dans ce poste. 

    Reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre sens de l'organisation et votre orientation client, vous savez gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément avec efficacité. 

    Vous êtes à l'aise en anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral,
