Votre mission : Dynamisez les ventes d’équipements HVAC de marque YORK

    En tant qu’Ingénieur commercial HVAC, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la croissance de notre activité. Vous serez responsable de la vente de groupes de réfrigération et pompes à chaleur industrielle YORK dans des secteurs diversifiés : datacenter, réseau urbain de chaleur, industrie, loisirs et autres applications spécifiques. Vous apportez à vos clients des solutions à la fois performantes et respectueuses de l’environnement.

    Vous intervenez sur le quart Ouest de la France.

    • Rémunération attractive sur 13 mois + variable de 10% non plafonné, statut cadre au forfait jour,

    • RTT + 1 congé supplémentaire par année d’ancienneté, jusqu’à +5 jours,

    Ce que nous recherchons chez vous :

    • Formation technique : Diplômé(e) d’une formation supérieure en génie climatique/génie thermique, vous possédez une solide expérience dans la vente d’installation HVAC.

    • Autonomie & organisation : Vous êtes capable de gérer vos déplacements et de coordonner efficacement votre activité sur le périmètre confié.

    • Dynamisme & Communication : Excellent communicant, vous êtes un leader commercial enthousiaste, prêt à représenter les valeurs de Johnson Controls et à créer des relations durables avec vos clients et partenaires.

    • Esprit d’équipe : Vous savez travailler en collaboration avec des équipes techniques, financières et juridiques pour garantir la réussite des projets.
