Voor onze locatie Oss, zijn we op zoek naar een Centralist die ons team komt versterken.

Wat je zult doen

Optimaal uitvoeren van de door de klant verlangde dienstverlening op contractbasis.
Tijdig en adequaat reageren op calamiteiten overeenkomstig de gegeven instructie.
Goede “eerste indruk” EuroPAC Alarmcentrale V.O.F. door correcte en klantvriendelijke benadering. Tijdig en correct overdragen van werkzaamheden/informatie bij wisseling van diensten.
Het correct opvolgen van alle werkinstructies en procedures, welke door de leidinggevenden worden verstrekt ten aanzien van het in acht nemen van de voorschriften Wet op de Particuliere Beveiligingsorganisaties en Recherchebureaus.
Correct gebruik/bediening van de ter beschikking staande apparatuur.
Behandelen en afhandelen van alle inkomende telefoongesprekken met inbegrip van de behandeling van de zogenaamde “alarmcentraleservice” voor onze klanten
Behandelen en afhandelen van alle (alarm)meldingen overeenkomstig gegeven procedures en instructies.
Verrichten van diverse administratieve handelingen zoals registreren/rapporteren van technische storingen, invullen van mutatieformulieren, noteren van boodschappen en notities.

Middelbaar schoolopleidingsniveau. (MBO-niveau)
In bezit van Basisdiploma Beveiliging of diploma Algemeen Beveiligingsmedewerker of studerende voor het diploma Algemeen Beveiligingsmedewerker
In het bezit van een diploma BOCA (Basis Opleiding Centralist Alarmcentrale) of studerende hiervoor
Stressbestendig.
Flexibel met betrekking tot inzet in een volcontinu- werkomgeving
Goede schriftelijke en mondelinge uitdrukkingsvaardigheid
Het beheersen van algemeen beschaafd Nederlands in woord en geschrift
Redelijke kennis van de Engelse taal
Kunnen functioneren in een geautomatiseerde werkomgeving
Justitieel van onbesproken gedrag zijn (screening maakt deel uit van de functie)
