Über die Position

Wir suchen eine engagierte, eigenverantwortliche und professionelle Persönlichkeit, die als Business Development Manager (BDM) das Wachstum von Johnson Controls in der DACH-Region vorantreibt. In dieser Schlüsselrolle entwickeln Sie neue Geschäftschancen, stärken unsere Präsenz in strategisch wichtigen Zielbranchen und bauen nachhaltige Beziehungen zu Sicherheitsberatern, Endkunden und Enterprise-Kunden auf.

Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Business-Development-Team in Großbritannien sowie dem BDM für Südeuropa zusammen, definieren die regionale Go-to-Market-Strategie und repräsentieren die Marke JCI mit Überzeugungskraft und Energie. Die Rolle bietet viel Gestaltungsspielraum und richtet sich an Personen, die gerne eigenständig arbeiten und ihre Region aktiv weiterentwickeln.

Ihre Aufgaben

Business Development & Strategie

Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer klaren Wachstumsstrategie für die DACH-Region.
Identifikation und gezielte Bearbeitung relevanter Zielbranchen.
Aufbau neuer Beziehungen zu Sicherheitsberatern, Systemintegratoren und Enterprise-Endkunden.
Positionierung des gesamten JCI-Sicherheitsportfolios, insbesondere Enterprise-Zutrittskontrolle und CCTV-Lösungen.

Stakeholder-Management

Aufbau starker Beziehungen zu regionalen Vertriebsleitern und Unterstützung bei langfristigen, strategischen Projekten.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den BDM-Teams in UK und Südeuropa zur Abstimmung von Marktinformationen und Initiativen.
Austausch mit Marketing und Produktmanagement zu Kundenfeedback, Markttrends und Produktanforderungen.

Opportunity Management

Verantwortung für die frühen Phasen des Verkaufsprozesses – von der Identifikation über die Qualifizierung bis zur Übergabe an das lokale Vertriebsteam.
Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen, Lösungspositionierung und High-Level-Designs für strategische Projekte.
Repräsentation von JCI auf Branchenveranstaltungen, Messen und bei Beraterterminen.

Salesforce & Reporting

Nutzung von Salesforce als zentrale Plattform für Aktivitäten, Pipeline-Management und Dokumentation.
Pflege präziser Forecasts, Aktionspläne und Marktanalysen.
Regelmäßige Berichterstattung zu Aktivitäten, Marktentwicklungen und strategischen Initiativen.

Ihr Profil

Fachliche Qualifikationen

Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Business Development in der Sicherheitsbranche (Zutrittskontrolle, CCTV, integrierte Sicherheitslösungen).
Bestehendes Netzwerk oder die Fähigkeit, schnell eines aufzubauen – insbesondere zu Sicherheitsberatern und Enterprise-Kunden.
Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Strategien für Zielbranchen.
Hohe Eigenmotivation, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Selbstständigkeit.
Starke Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Relationship-Management-Fähigkeiten.
Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit über Regionen und Funktionen hinweg.
Sicherer Umgang mit Salesforce oder vergleichbaren CRM-Systemen.
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
