What will you do?

    El Key Account Sales Manager se encarga de promover, posicionar y colocar los servicios de seguridad electrónica y sensores a disposición en el catálogo de la empresa. Se encarga de prospectar nuevos clientes y crear nuevas oportunidades de negocio mediante el conocimiento y alcance del portafolio de productos. Busca satisfacer las necesidades del cliente mediante el liderazgo, la atención oportuna y la colocación de nuevos productos y soluciones.

    Estará encargado de ventas de nuevos negocios mediante el desarrollo de pruebas de concepto, venta consultiva y especificaciones con nuestro cliente. Con esto debe generar un crecimiento en los negocios de Johnson Controls Security Products Intrusión en la región de NOLA. Entre sus funciones está seguimiento a las oportunidades, casos de soporte garantizando el mejor servicio, atención y continuidad de los negocios. Desarrollar presentaciones comerciales de producto enfocadas a las necesidades de los diferentes verticales y desarrollar estrategias asertivas para ampliar la participación de mercado de nuestros productos.

    • Desarrollaras los procesos de ventas con nuestras cuentas globales y prospectos a desarrollar.

    • Trabajarás constantemente en equipo con los diferentes departamentos de la empresa, buscando la ejecución y entrega de proyectos en tiempo.

    • Desarrollaras ventas consultivas, adecuándote a las necesidades del cliente.

    • Buscar generar crecimiento en el mercado de Johnson Controls.

    • Buscarás generar nuevas oportunidades de venta de Servicios de Seguridad Electrónica a través del catálogo de Intrusión de la compañía.

    • Realizar prospección de oportunidades con cliente final con apoyo y acompañamiento en la especificación de los productos de JCI Security Products.

    • Te apoyaras en tu plataforma CRM Salesforce para reportar tus procesos de prospección y venta, buscando claridad para todos los involucrados.

    • Buscarás introducir nuevos productos con tus clientes.

    What are we looking for?

    Indispensable:

    • Licenciatura en Marketing, Finanzas, Negocios, Administración de Empresas, Seguridad o Ingeniería Electrónica, Eléctrica, Mecánica, Mecatrónica o afines.

    • Manejo de Office avanzado.

    • Habilidades de negociación y empuje para obtener resultados.

    • 5 años de experiencia previa en Ventas de Servicios de Seguridad Electrónica y Sensores (Domotica y/o Automatización hogareña) en el giro de Retail y/o como Key Account Manager.

    • Claridad en conceptos de merma, como detectarla y mitigarla.

    • Inglés Conversacional indispensable.

    • Disponibilidad para viajar en el territorio mexicano y en el extranjero.

    • Pasaporte vigente.

    Deseable:

    • Conocimiento de Salesforce y Power BI.

    • Experiencia trabajando con sistemas de seguridad electrónica.

    • Conocimiento de productos Johnson Controls. (IQ (Formerly Qolsys) - Visonic – DSC)

    • Experiencia en desarrollo de alianzas con empresas de telecomunicaciones.
