What will you do?
The Training & HPT Coordinator oversees the plant’s overall training and development framework, ensuring that employees receive effective onboarding, ongoing skills growth, and access to the resources needed for successful performance. The role manages key training environments and facilitates communication channels that support learning and engagement. It also guides trainer coordination, monitors progress through established indicators, supports continuous improvement methodologies, and helps strengthen organizational culture through integration and branding initiatives.
How will you do it?
Develop and sustaining the training system (on boarding) for newly hired personnel (administrative and operational).
Develop, coordinate and execute the plant level skill assessment plan.
Design, implement and manage training room & communication room.
Coordinate trainer activities.
Ensure the training indicators (% training time, % multi-skills, % administrative training, HPT Scorecard).
Ensure the implementation of JCMS MP's (related to training and HPT).
Coordinate the implementation of branding based on JCMS requirements.
Schedule integration events (Salary & hourly).
What are we looking for?
Engineering Degree.
Prior experience a similar position.
Personal management.
Leadership.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable talking in front of a group as well as one-on-one with an individual.
Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.
Excellent organizational skills.
