What will you do?
Responsible for monitoring the implementation of internal policies as well as the internal labor regulations.
Coordinates and implements the necessary measures to comply the requirements of the different officer's union and labor agencies.
Participates in the organization of recreational, social and sports events.
Oversees the functions of recruitment and selection of personnel and the salaries and wages administration.
Comply with the guidelines and regulations of Health, Safety and Environment.
How will you do it?
Supervise the implementation of company policies and internal regulations.
Participate in monitoring the measures taken by official government agencies.
Responsible for implementing the internal policies of the Human Resources Department.
Oversees the recruitment and selection of personnel process.
Responsible for the implementation of the wages and salaries policies.
Participate in the daily inspection to the kitchen area, food storage and cafeteria service.
Supports to sports, social and cultural activities organized by the Human Resources Department.
Participates in the edition of the internal magazine.
Supports the Human Resource Management in handling labor and collective conflicts.
Other duties assigned by Human Resources management.
Participate on the different committees: labor, union, cafeteria, training and development.
Supports the Human Resource Management in handling labor and collective conflicts.
Ensure compliance with the collective bargaining agreement and internal regulations.
Responsible for the immigration regulation process of employees.
Direct labor administration of promotions.
Coordinates and supports on employee celebrations and recognitions.
And other functions as assigned by your manager.
Participate in risk management, which includes the identification of failure modes, hazards and environmental aspects, their respective assessment and the definition and implementation of controls.
Participate in incident and nonconformity investigations as well as in the determination of the necessary corrective actions.
Active participation in plant programs such as SafeTrack observations, suggestion box, Employee Idea System, LPA and 6S audits.
Participate in the training program of the plant attending trainings as scheduled and, when required, acting as internal instructor.
Comply with the documented procedures, instructions, and standards of the Integrated Management System and, when required, participate in their review and improvement.
Identify and report any injury or potential injury and any potential environmental impact.
Identify and intervene to correct unsafe acts and recognize safe behavior.
Identify and intervene to correct unsafe and off standard conditions, when immediate correction is not possible report to direct manager or to the corresponding department.
Review and prevent the consequences of all actions before any activity and apply the Stop Work policy when needed.
Perform every activity considering the requirements of the Integrated Management System to contribute to the achievement of its objectives and to fulfill the Quality Policy and the Environmental, Health and Safety Policy.

What are we looking for?
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, in law or administrative areas.
Knowledge in Labor Law, Wage and Salary administration, benefits, unions, Recruitment and Selection, Management software packages.
Oral and written communication, negotiation, interpersonal relations.
Minimum of 3 years in human resources management.
Basic English to communicate.
