What you will do?
The Servicemax/Salesforce Support Engineer will provide technical guidance and support in the delivery of solutions within an agile DevOps environment. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and technical architects, to ensure the DevOps team meets business needs and adheres to best practices. Will also be involved in daily support and administration of our Salesforce CRM, including ServiceMax where required.
