- Identify appropriate fire suppression products based on customer requirements
- Prepare and generate quotations for Engineered and Foam Fire Suppression systems
- Enter and manage sales orders and quotations in SAP
- Review customer specifications and requirements to determine the correct product configuration
- Perform basic technical calculations required for system quotations
- Coordinate order processing and act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Operations)
- Respond to customer inquiries, including technical questions; collaborate with internal experts for complex topics
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships
- Support the sales team to ensure timely, accurate, and professional customer responses
- Bachelor’s degree – ideally in Engineering or a related technical field
- Previous experience in sales, sales support, or customer support
- Fluent English spoken and written
- Attention to detail and structured way of working
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in a clear, customer‑friendly way
- Analytical thinking and willingness to work with data and specifications
