What you will do
Johnson Controls Global Cyber Security team is expanding and transforming to strengthen our defences against the evolving cybersecurity threat landscape.
As an Analyst in Exposure Management, you will play a critical role in identifying, analysing, and prioritizing vulnerabilities across Johnson Controls’ global environment. Your work will directly contribute to reducing risk and improving security posture across internal and external assets.
How you will do it
Continuously identify, analyze, and prioritize vulnerabilities on internal and external attack surfaces, ensuring full coverage of company-owned assets.
Apply industry frameworks and methodologies (e.g., NIST, CVSS - Common Vulnerability Scoring System) to assess and score vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with operational stakeholders to communicate findings, prioritize remediation, and track mitigation efforts.
Maintain and optimize exposure and vulnerability management platforms, including Cloud Security Posture Management and Container Security tools.
Develop and enhance processes and automation to improve program efficiency and stability.
Promote and support the adoption of security best practices and organizational standards.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely resolution.
What we look for
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Security or Security Operations.
Strong knowledge of Vulnerability Management and Compliance frameworks (NIST, CVSS).
Hands-on experience securing cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and creative problem-solving abilities.
Highly adaptable and eager to learn new technologies.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Security, or Computer Science.
Experience with tools such as Qualys, Crowdstrike, Cycognito, BitSight.
Previous technical background in IT or software development.
Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 2,200 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
