Production Control Kitter is responsible for loading, unloading, and moving fabricated materials in a timely manner to designated locations on the production floor.
Roles & Responsibilities
Safely perform duties in accordance with company and OSHA guidelines.
Load, unload, and move fabricated materials by hand or pallet jack.
Sort and deliver fabricated materials to designated production locations.
Verify fabricated material quantities are correct and meet visual acceptance criteria.
Report any discrepancies to lead or supervisor.
Assist in inventory audits,
Weigh fabricated material for disposal.
Daily 5S sorting and cleanup.
Attend daily stand-up meetings.
Must be able to work overtime as required.
Be able to work independently or in a team environment and
Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Working Conditions
Commercial/Industrial environment requiring wearing of Personal Protective Equipment
Will require time working outside in an excessive heat environment.
Required Qualifications
Forklift spotter training.
Operation of manual and electronic pallet jacks.
Able to individually carry and move material up to 35 pounds.
