- Manage the end-to-end tender process across the Benelux region.
- Focus on tenders related to Controls, Fire & Security solutions.
- Analyze tender documents and translate them into a clear bid strategy.
- Draft and edit high-quality, customer-focused, and distinctive proposals.
- Monitor deadlines, ensure quality, and maintain compliance throughout the process.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather input and required documentation.
- Identify risks and ensure legal and financial requirements are met.
- Evaluate completed tenders and implement improvements for future submissions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level of thinking and working.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with tenders in technical or security-related domains is a plus.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written); French is a plus.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure.

As a Tender Manager, you are responsible for coordinating and managing the entire tender process within our organization, with a specific focus on the Controls, Fire & Security business lines in the Benelux region. You play a key role in successfully responding to (inter)national tenders and proposal requests. You work closely with sales, legal, finance, and operational teams to deliver winning submissions.
