What you will do:
Join Johnson Controls as a Technician specializing in Building Management Systems (BMS). You'll be part of a Dynamic team handling Service, Maintenance, and Retrofit projects across Commercial, Retail, Residential, Data Centers, and Hospitality sectors. This role involves onsite system verification, preventive maintenance, testing, and commissioning of fit-out projects.
How you will do it:
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, reactive, corrective actions and diagnostic of BMS equipment.
Install, commission, and maintain DDC controllers and field devices.
Program controllers and integrate HVAC control systems
Handle emergency breakdowns and customer calls professionally
Conduct system operation training and prepare handover documentation
Generate monthly/quarterly PPM reports and schedules
What we look for:
Required
Diploma / BE (4–5 years) in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or automation engineering.
3+ years of BMS installation, commissioning, and servicing experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficient in reading blueprints, diagrams, and specifications
Commitment to safety standards
Preferred
Experience with Johnson Controls Metasys System.
Familiarity with CCT, programming languages.
Exposure to different BMS ecosystems, to adapt quickly to unfamiliar architectures or programming styles.
Hands‑on expertise with Modbus, BACnet, MQTT, and Energy Dashboards highlights your ability to work across the major communication protocols and data‑visualization tools used in modern building automation.
Ability to work in 24x7 mission-critical environments, including on-call support if required
Knowledge of MS Word & Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD.
