What will you do?
The Plant Supervisor manages daily production functions within the plant, focusing on development, management, and motivation of production personnel to increase productivity and improve efficiencies.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily production operations and ensuring alignment with company goals.
Maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
Collaborating with multiple departments to meet production targets and quality standards.
Supervising and mentoring team members, fostering skill development and performance improvement.
Analyzing production data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, production management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
