- Conduct process analysis and identify areas for improvement within existing manufacturing operations.
- Familiar with ECN’s, BOM’s, Routing, Cost Centers documentation
- Develop process documentation, workflows, standard operating procedures, and PFMEA
- Identify Tooling, Fixtures, needed for manufacturing process
- Oversee Maintenance routines and develop them as well if needed
- Familiar with TPM implementation
- Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to monitor process performance and implement changes as necessary.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure alignment on process improvements.
- Oversee tooling validation of new processes and technologies to ensure they meet production requirements.
- Lead cost savings initiatives projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineer, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- +12 months of experience in process engineering or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and process optimization methodologies.
- Experience with BOM’s, ECN’s and other process improvement tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical information.
- Able to communicate in English
Experience with automation and process control technologies.
Familiarity with ERP systems and project management tools.

This is a temporary position with a fixed term contract.
