Manage and coordinate all maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) activities to ensure optimal inventory levels and availability of materials.
Serve as the primary point of contact for MRO-related inquiries and issues within the plant.
Collaborate with various departments to assess MRO needs and align procurement strategies effectively.
Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and maintenance processes to identify areas for improvement.
Implement and maintain a robust data management system for tracking MRO supplies and usage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in purchasing or supply chain (preferably technical parts) VMI Consigment, Kanban
- Strong knowledge of electromechanical components (motors, sensors, PLCs, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- English proficiency: 80% (fluent communication required)
- SAP knowledge (MM module preferred – PO creation, vendor management)
- Supplier negotiation and cost reduction skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Proven job stability: at least 2–3 years in the same position/company
Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
