What will you do?
Is responsible for managing action plans governance for plant Safety-Quality-Delivery-Inventory-Productivity-Engagement KPIs using business methodologies (bowler action plans) as well as lead Obeya to support lean manufacturing deployment
-Support program management for any special project as NPI, transferences,
footprint.

Assesses current business performance and translates best practices into daily operations to achieve organizational objectives.
Long-term focus on identifying operational gaps and executing improvement strategies to resolve issues. Establishes and implements improvement plans and monitors current behavior to ensure plans are used correctly and effectively.
What are we looking for?
Requirements of the Position: Education and number of years’ experience; add other key skills required:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
3+ years of experience in program management
Operational knowledge – Understanding production workflows and assembly line design.
-Leadership and communication ability at all levels.
English > 80 %.
Minimum of 5 years of experience.
Able to lead and direct diverse teams at mid and management levels
Able to travel up to 50% of the time, strong personal computer working capabilities in MS Office Suite, etc.
