The Consulting & Analytics team is focused on delivering the Sensormatic value propositions through data driven analytics which improve a retailer’s performance. We provide a customer-led innovation lab by working closely with our customers to investigate targeted and next generation analytics projects. In doing so, the Consulting and Analytics team will define future core products for the repeatable solutions developed during customer engagements. What you will do
Partner with the Global Leader of Customer Success & Consulting to drive an annual revenue attainment plan in conjunction with sales that contributes requisite gross margin targets and billable utilization measures
Lead a team of consultants in achieving global Consulting & Analytics goals
Provide market insights and data trending to global markets
Partner with Marketing team to sustain and grow current media presence; focus on impact during pre-holiday and holiday season
Work with Solutions Management (Product Management) to drive awareness and value in new product introductions and solicit advisory/consultative engagements with clients and sellers
Sharpen the voice of retail expertise on the team – drive consistent delivery of consultative and advisory services globally
Apply knowledge of the retail industry, product and functional best practices, and related technology trends to guide the organization toward appropriate consultative solutions
Enhance the value and integrity of data and support company security policies and standards
Develop relationships with the sales team and other project stakeholders

Transparent leadership communications – ensure organization is informed up and down the organizational chain with current events and key topics
What we look for
Required
B.S. or Master's Degree preferred in Statistics, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Science or MBA
Minimum Ten (10) years of experience in a Retail operations, technology or leadership capacity
Minimum two (2) years of consulting or customer-facing experience
Experience analyzing large retail data sets to distill insights from data and connect disparate ideas into cohesive, well-grounded recommendations using reporting tools
Data visualization software experience (QLIK, Looker, Tableau or similar) is a plus
Must be able to manage up, down, and sideways to push the team across the finish line
Travel around 10% (+/-) (May vary year to year)

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $100,100 - $150,400 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
