What You Will Do:
Act as the on-site project leader to plan, execute, and close assigned projects.
Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality objectives are met.
Delegate tasks effectively to project teams to ensure successful and timely project completion.
Coordinate and maintain regular communication with customers during all phases of the project lifecycle.
Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Monitor project progress and address risks or issues to minimize impact on delivery.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards throughout project execution.
Maintain clear documentation and reporting on project status and milestones.
University degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience,
OR
2-year degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience,
OR
Equivalent combination of education and experience.

To successfully meet Service growth objectives by identifying and selling new PSA and O&M opportunities (along with renewal opportunities)
Preferred Educational Level: Degree onwards and/or relevant industry experience
Experience Required: 6+ years and above experience in CFS or HVACR industry service or sales function
Good communication, analytical, organizing & relationship management skills
Must be a proactive team player
