We are looking for an Oracle DevOps CPQ Developer.
What will you do?
Work on Oracle CPQ configurations, workflows, and integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless quoting solutions.
Manage and resolve support tickets related to CPQ, ensuring SLA compliance.
Utilize ServiceNow for tracking, prioritizing, and documenting incidents and requests.
Provide troubleshooting and root cause analysis for CPQ-related issues.
Provide support and troubleshoot CPQ-related issues.
This is a remote position
What are we looking for?
3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).
Understanding of CPQ implementation, customization, and support.
Experience in managing support tickets and ensuring timely resolution in line with defined SLA commitments.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools for incident, request, and change management.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in Spanish.
Preferably Oracle CPQ Certified (a strong plus).
Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking stakeholders.
Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
