- Install and commission highly complex required system field devices on site using standard configuration and commissioning tools.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues encountered during installation, commissioning, or operation.
- Respond promptly and professionally to basic warranty calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate job progress and technical issues to JCI, contractors, and customers as needed.
- Assist in the validation and documentation of complete system functionality.
- Support the delivery of site-specific training to owners/operators on the total building control system.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and project requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and provide detailed service reports.
- University degree with a minimum of 1 year relevant experience, OR
- 2-year technical degree with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience, OR
- Equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- Knowledge of building control systems and field devices installation/commissioning highly preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Experience with Johnson Controls International (JCI) systems is an asset.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, or other building automation systems.

You will serve as a key point of contact between JCI, contractors, and customers, ensuring seamless job progress and issue resolution.
