What we look for
Required
University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 6 years minimum experience.
Five (5) years of experience in field sales with at least 3 years selling HVAC or building automation systems.
Demonstrated commitment to integrity and quality in business.
Strong interpersonal communication and collaborative skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence the market at key levels
Preferred
Knowledge and/or experience selling Building Automation System retrofit solutions is highly desirable.
Bachelor's in business, engineering, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
Eight (8) years progressively responsible field sales experience; 3 years selling HVAC or building automation systems.

Salary Range: HIRING SALARY RANGE: $64-82k (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
