Job Summary:

The senior finance analysis is responsible for handling FP&A matters, including coordination with the country finance operations. He or She has the overall responsibility for preparing the HQ level reporting on a monthly basis preparing and consolidating all HQ financial statements. He or she also has the responsibility of monitoring of the overall compliance with Johnson Controls´ finance policies, procedures and timelines applicable to the respective country’s legal entities.

How will you do it?

Business partner

• To have good analytical skills to prepare MEC activities  which includes preparation of JV’s and Intercompany accounts, following up with countries to see right allocations  are in place , cost  or revenue are booked appropriately in HQ P&L books for Selling and administrative expenses with good analysis and commentaries.
• Pro actively looking at monthly cost trends and report it to the management with appropriate reason in occurrence of upside or downside for the management to take right decisions.
• Preparation of Free cash flow accounts for HQ analyzing and comparing the actual vs outlook and plan and making the adjustment if necessary for the HQ books, follow up with various countries during the MEC and outlook time to have crisp and clear commentaries for each category.

Financial Reporting:

• Assist the uploading work to HFM Essbase for yearly planning and rolling forecast on a quarterly basis.
• Prepare and report to  the HQ’ flash and outlook per timeline.
• Provide the details actual data vs plan vs last year report to different functions.

Finance function:

• Work closely with functional department for all end-to-end finance support, big projects’ expense and progress tracking to month-end closing.
• Track to actual data with trend flux analyze rolling 3 months.

What we look for?

• Bachelor’s degree with accounting/finance major
• Having a good communication skill to interact  and build rapport with stakeholders, showcase a very good attitude in work environment  help and teach team members.
• 8+ Years of relevant work experience
• Good command of English
• In depth knowledge Finance and Accounting.
• Good SAP knowledge with hands-on experience using the ERP
• Good Excel and Hyperion Financial Management system/One stream
• Excellent interpersonal
