The ROC Technical Trainer & Coach delivers technical training and on‑floor coaching within the Remote Operating Centre (ROC), ensuring advisors are confident, capable, and delivering high‑quality service.
This dual‑focused role combines technical expertise, training delivery, and hands‑on coaching, working closely with Team Leaders to support performance, quality, and operational standards.

Must-Have:
• Strong technical knowledge
• Experience in a service‑based environment
• Training delivery or coaching experience
• Strong communication and feedback skills
• Flexibility to support a 24‑hour operation
Nice-to-Have:
• Formal training or coaching qualification
• Experience supporting QA or calibration activity
