What will you do?
Manages own workload effectively and efficiently.
Expands technical contribution and encourages knowledge collaboration between teams.
Fosters Business Intelligence & other developers to grow and mentor to help ensure overall solutions are delivered on a timely manner.
Provides training for members of the team and ensures team effectiveness.
May provide informal guidance and support to colleagues with less experience.
How will you do it?
Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.
Assessing existing IT infrastructure and recommending improvements.
Developing and configuring customized SAP solutions.
Deploying SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance.
Providing SAP system support and end-user training.
Promoting leveraging IT integration.
Performing rigorous documentation of SAP processes and presenting progress reports.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations/audits.
Keeping up to date on the latest SAP/PLM offerings and developments.
Overseeing the engineering change process and Material Master Data Changes.
Overseeing the holistic alignment from EBoMs to MRP MBoMs documenting any exceptions.
Receive and review engineer changes, report any discrepancies to Design team.
Review the work instructions that need to be validated.
Create Factory Change Notice Implementation Plans.
Participate in VAVE projects.
Support production for BoM discrepancies.
Execute massive changes for BoMs, Material Master, and routings.
Generate the weekly Engineering changes report and distribute via-email to all involved.
Verify production floor implementation.
Scheduling annual Material Master Data audits within Engineering and MRP databases.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
+3 years of experience in PLM, product development, or a related field.
Proven track record of implementing and managing PLM solutions in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of PLM tools (preferably Windchill) and methodologies.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
Effective communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+3 years of experience with SAP.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (EXCEL, WORD, PowerPoint)
Fluent in Spanish/English
