Alarm Service Supervisor – New Plymouth
We’re looking for an Alarm Service Supervisor to lead our Alarm Service team. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day operations, ensuring jobs are completed on time, within specification, and to the highest industry standards. You’ll oversee staff, resources, and materials to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and departmental success.

What You’ll Do
Ensure all work meets legal, technical, and quality standards while maximizing efficiency and profitability
Regularly review staff performance and implement programs to enhance effectiveness and safety
Promote Wormald products and services, pursue new clients, and maintain strong customer relationships
Manage workload, dispatch resources, and monitor tools and equipment usage
Ensure staff have the right tools, PPE, and safe working conditions
Handle invoicing, estimates, and job variations promptly
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing or leading a team
Background in the fire alarm or electrical industry
NZ residency/citizenship or valid work visa
Strong computer skills and full NZ driver’s license
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
