We are seeking a Program Manager supporting our Navy systems business that supports all major defense industrial base shipbuilders and the U.S. Navy. This is an exciting opportunity to be responsible for a portfolio of programs within a growing business supporting the U.S. military.
At Johnson Controls Navy Systems (JCNS) we have been supplying air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and services to the US Navy since 1917. The Program Manager will be responsible for the execution and performance of a portfolio of programs through effective customer engagement, leadership, strategy development, execution, and overall P&L management. The role partners with the cross functional organization to optimize program / contract performance to ensure customer satisfaction in support of the business’s goals and strategic plan. This position requires a skilled, energized individual who enjoys the technical challenge of working with large, complex chiller and control systems found on Naval vessels. The incumbent can function with minimal supervision. As a key contributor in the business, you will be actively engaged with the Johnson Controls Navy Systems (JCNS) team reporting into the Director, Programs & Contract Management.
Location: York, PA
Compensation: $120,000 - $165,000 base salary. Negotiable based on experience

Vacation: 3 weeks of paid vacation, 5 sick days, 3 floating holidays, and 10 standard holidays per calendar year (6.5 weeks in total)
