We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Engineer.
What will you do?
The Manufacturing Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that the manufacturing processes meet quality standards and regulations. You will develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems, ensuring that the quality of products produced meets both company and customer expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, drive continuous improvement, and implement best practices throughout the manufacturing facility.
How will you do it?
Through highly effective project management skills to address and handle multiple projects.
Analyze field quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with quality, supplier quality, engineering, manufacturing and production teams to develop Action Plans based on PDCA to improve our field claims KPI (EPPM: External Parts Per Million).
Work closely with the Supplier Development team to evaluate and select suppliers based on quality performance.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
By capturing Voice of Customer, addressing proper actions and fast response.
Conduct regular quality audits of manufacturing processes and product outputs to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures.
Participate in cross-functional teams to develop new products and processes while ensuring quality standards are met from the outset.
Through active participation on different tiered meetings.
Participate as host on customer visits/audits.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools, including Six Sigma, DMAIC, and root cause analysis.
Proficient in statistical analysis and quality management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
