Position Title: Billing Executive – Payroll (Contractual Role) Location: Ahmedabad Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end billing processes for projects, ensuring accurate invoice generation, submission, and follow-up.
· Verify project documentation, contracts, work orders, and billing milestones.
· Coordinate with project managers and site teams to validate work completion and billing information.
· Maintain organized records of bills, receipts, and supporting documents as per company policies.
· Reconcile invoices with client payments and resolve any discrepancies.
· Prepare billing reports and summaries for management review.
· Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company accounting procedures.
· Support internal and external audit processes.
· Added Advantage: Work experience with IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems) billing or related infrastructure/control system projects.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
· Graduation in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
· Minimum 7 years’ experience as Billing Executive in construction, infrastructure, systems integration, or related domains.
· Proficiency in billing software, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
· Good communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
· Experience in IBMS billing processes will be a distinct advantage.
