We are looking for a Sr Quality Engineer.
What will you do?
The Senior Quality Engineer will be instrumental in defining and maintaining quality standards and documentation for our products and processes.
Responsibilities include establishing quality requirements for new products, monitoring ongoing quality performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer expectations.
Additionally, you will lead efforts to improve production processes, resolve quality issues, and mentor team members to uphold and advance our quality goals.
How will you do it?
Maintain and adapt quality management systems to ensure they align with customer and regulatory requirements, demonstrating accountability and integrity in all aspects of work.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify challenges, streamline processes, and focus on removing obstacles to enhance customer satisfaction.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational data, implementing innovative solutions, and fostering a culture of problem-solving and growth.
Encourage teamwork and diverse perspectives, leveraging collaboration and trust to drive effective solutions and collective success.
Conduct audits and implement corrective actions to address non-conformances effectively.
Provide expert training and mentorship to engineers and staff on quality practices and protocols.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years in a quality engineering role, with demonstrated success in process improvement and team leadership.
Proficiency in quality management systems, statistical analysis tools, and regulatory compliance standards.
Professional certifications such as Six Sigma, CQE, or ISO 9001 are highly preferred.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and foster a positive work culture.
Strong ability to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve quality and efficiency.
