What will you do?
Prepare and manage accounting journal entries accurately and on time.
Work closely with the Assistant Controller to support financial operations and month-end close.
Manage and analyze the Fire Detection business line, ensuring correct reporting and cost allocation.
Prepare and validate reports for: Earned hours, Scrap and Sales.
Coordinate all activities related to Fixed Assets, including control, labeling, and documentation.
Collaborate with Import/Export operations to ensure compliance and accurate financial treatment.
Conduct expense analysis, including variance explanations and trend identification.
Follow up on purchase requisitions, ensuring the correct accounting classification and execution against budgets.
Track and manage monthly payments for: Rent, Electricity and Water.
Request payments and handle communications directly with suppliers to ensure timely processing.
How will you do it?
Apply strong analytical thinking to interpret financial data and provide insights that support business decisions.
Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyze high-volume data, build financial models, and create automated reports.
Use SAP (Preferred) or other ERP tools to process entries, reconcile accounts, and ensure data accuracy.
Communicate effectively across functions (Including operations, supply chain, and India-based teams) to obtain required information and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain strict attention to detail and follow internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Demonstrate ownership and accountability in all processes related to reporting, inventory, cost analysis, and payments.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree completed in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in: Manufacturing environments, Financial analysis, General accounting.
Intermediate–Advanced English level, able to interact with global teams, including India.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data modeling).
SAP experience is highly desirable.
Strong analytical mindset and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
High attention to detail, organization, and accountability.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
