As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our indirect sales business across Poland, focusing on HVAC solutions such as heat pumps, chillers and fan coil units (FCU).
You will play a key role in expanding our partner network and building a strong pipeline of commercial and industrial projects.

You will be part of a business that is actively growing its footprint in indirect HVAC sales across Europe. The role offers a unique opportunity to shape the partner ecosystem in Poland and contribute to the expansion of energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions.
The initial basic salary for this position is in the range of 13 000 to 20 0000 PLN gross per month. In addition to base pay, this role participates in a sales incentive plan which can significantly increase your overall earnings.
