工作职责:

     服务意识:秉承客户至上的服务精神,为客户提供全面的顾问式服务,赢得客户信任并建立长期的服务伙伴关系;

     服务技能:熟练掌握空调系统知识,以及公司标准服务套餐,主动了解客户设备和系统运行状况,根据设备运行状况提供机组运行报告并分析改善空间,向客户建议预防性大修、空气质量提升、空调及机电系统运行管理等常规服务以及延伸价值方案;

     服务行为:通过有效的客户拜访了解、分析客户流失的原因、掌握厂家服务和竞争对手服务产品的差异、客户机组运行状况以及和竞争对手的服务合同期限,根据客户机组运营状況提供运行报告并发掘客户的内在需求;

     内部流程:组织协调内部资源(特别是Inside Sales和服务运作团队),确保及时、优质的派工服务,通过客户对厂家服务的体验提高满意度,并能基于客户的需求提供对客户有价值的优选方案;

     沟通协调:了解公司服务运营、服务技术支持、价格审批、订单管理、配件管理等流程,协调内部资源,快速解决客户问题,实现我们对客户的服务承诺;

     流程管理:熟练掌握服务业务流程,及时完成订单管理、现场施工跟进、施工质量监督、开票、收款及客户满意度跟踪等关键步骤;

     积极提升江森自控非保养客户的保养占有率以及相关的维修和另加业务,提升服务市场占有率

    任职要求:

     大专及以上学历,空调相关专业;

     具备3年以上空调相关行业一线销售工作经验,熟悉中央空调设备、机房系统、水系统、或者 未端空调系统的基本构成特点,了解大型冷水机基本知识;

     具有较强的销售能力,能积极主动的进行客户拜访、沟通,并有效进行项目推进,有陌生拜访的经验和成功开发新客户的案例;

     强烈的客户服务意识,认同客户至上的理念。具有抓取、提炼客户需求的意识和能力以及客户服务行业相关成功经验;

     强烈的开拓精神和自我激励能力,能够管理和应对压力,愿意学习系统化销售管理体系;

     寻求创新的解决方案,愿意承担风险并坚定推进变革;

     乐于接受反馈,不断学习和开发新思路并自我提升;

     追求卓越绩效并持续达成目标,能够理解业务战略及方向,销售流程,快速执行以实现业务要求并达成结果
